The City of Keene is seeking bid proposals from qualified contractors for the Martel Court Sewer Pump Station Bypass Force Main Project. The project includes but is not expressly limited to the following scope of work: Furnish and installation of approximately 300 linear feet of 24-inch sewer force main, force main valves, valve vault and ancillary infrastructure; including a 60-foot of open cut force main installation across the Branch Stream. Selective demolition, removal and replacement of existing process piping, valves flow meters, fittings, supports and ancillary infrastructure. Gravity sewer main and manhole removal and replacement of roughly 110 linear feet of 12” ductile iron gravity sewer; including a 60-foot of open cut force main installation across the Branch Stream. Furnish and installation of approximately 3,820 SF of hard armor embankment and sewer pipe (river) crossing protection. Site work, restoration, erosion controls, testing, coffer dam, paving, loam and seed, dewatering and other associated ancillary work and restoration as defined in the contract documents. Bypass pumping to maintain the Sewer Pump Station facility as operational during construction.
