The City of Keene is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Road Rehabilitation Project. The purpose of this project is asphalt resurfacing on Court Street, from Central Square to the NH Route 9 overpass. Work consists of cold planing existing bituminous surfaces to a depth of approx. 1", road leveling, adjusting utility structures, paving the milled area, pavement markings, traffic control, and other incidental tasks. Due to the traffic conditions on Court Street, work is expected to take place between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $466,700.
